I am starting a website based in NJ. Its services are for the entire USA, however. This site is for uploading video resumes. People looking for a job upload a video resume for free and employers pay a certain subscription fee for the right to browse resumes. I am not sure what types of licenses may be necessary or whether to form as a sole proprietorship or LLC. Please advise.
