starting a business in 8 weeks

I plan to start a sole proprietorship in about 8 weeks. Most people say schedule an appt with an attorney and CPA. I don't mind paying but I wouldn't even know what questions to ask. Any suggestions would be great.

The attorney and CPA will want to know what kind of business you are forming; what are your business hours; how many people (if any) are you going to hire; are you using any independent contractors (for example, to do your bookkeeping); etc.

Others may have more ides.
