There are different kinds of laws that protect people on the net. "Stalking" might be a word for other kinds of predatory behavior that could result in breaking of the law. Laws that require some type of physical presence (assault = imminent threat of harm, battery = actually physical harm) would not qualify but other kinds of harm might, especially civil (intent to cause emotional distress is an actionable claim.)Originally posted by sid343:
