Can I apply for a drivers licenes with out penitaly to my ssi!

If you are receiving SSI (Supplemental Security Income) due to a disability (for example you don't qualify for SSDI -didn't pay enough SS tax) & you had a disability that kept you from driving but you can now drive, that "could" have some affect on your benefit.
