i waas wondering if we were legally separated and she was granted tempory use of our home and she allowed me to move back in for a month and decides she dont want me in their ,but she signed a paper for me allowing me aCCESS inspite of previous courts order can i use that in court to have alimony stopped and granting me use of my home again
