K Visa Sponsoring my Husband

I lived and worked in Morocco from December 2006 - April 2008. I didn't file for taxes in 2007. Now I'm sponsoring my husband, who came on a K-1 fiance visa, for his green card and am required to submit tax returns. I just had a baby and make well below the poverty line, so my parents are both submitting Affidavits of Support as Joint Sponsors. Can we be approved without my tax returns?

Have you consulted with an immigration attorney to see what are the options you have? That would be a good place to start instead of doing it on your own...
