I have custody of 1 son and my exwife of 2 sons. I still pay child support for two. I have asks the court to apply the split custody rule to my case. They sent back a request for information concerning my salary and a complete case information statement. Do I include my current wife's income (currently collecting unemployement). Do I include my stepdaughter as a dependant? I am so confused. Pro Se is what we are doing since it's the exwife that started again. Oh I have no proof that my son is attending college. I live in NJ. How does the emancipation rule works. I have done research and it's not very clear.
