I got my second speeding ticket for doing a 80 in a 65 in Oregon. My first ticket I paid the fine and it was withheld from my record after I went to Justice Court. Does anyone know how much insurance will rise if this one gets on my record? Does anyone think its possible to get this one withheld being that its 15 mph over?
