speeding ticket

Speeding ticket issued to son which he fought and ticket amount was reduced. He pleaded no contest because he was advised to do so. Just received notice from insurance co. that they are dropping our policy due to 4pts. Is there anything we can do to get the points lowered being that the judge lowered the charge based on details of the area in which ticket was issued?

It's likely that it is too late to ask for fewer points, though the points should be based upon the offense for which he was convicted. You might want to check to see that the insurance company has the proper violation on record.
