Speeding in the Bronx

I recently received a speeding ticket in Bronx, NY for doing 67mph in a 45mph zone. The ticket states the fine is $195 and because the speed limit was exceeded by 21mph or more I would have to pay an additional $100 annually for three years to NYSDMV as a "Driver Responsibility Assessment". Total cost to me $495. The violation section and subdivision is 1180D. In the description box it's written "406532 Speed in Zone". I live in New Jersey. From what I read at the NJMVC website, out of state moving violations will be assigned two points to the NJ driver. Of course, this assumes that NY will report it to NJ. I don't know if they will. I have a clean driving record. I have been driving for over forty years and the last ticket (speeding) I received was 17 years ago. What should I do? Should I try to fight the ticket or plea bargain it down? I'm concerned about how this will affect my driving record and if my auto insurance premiums will go up. By the way, in my home address, the police officer wrote the wrong city on the ticket. Does this have any effect in "voiding" the ticket?
