SOL on judgments

I have a judgment on my credit report. It was filed in 10/2002 and I didn't know about it until I received a letter from an attorney earlier this month. I live in Arizona and believe that the SOL expired in 10/2007. Everything I've found said it has to be renewed within 5 years. Question is this: Is this judgment expired? If it is what do I do? How do I find out if the judgement was renewed?

You can go to the courthouse and pay for a full copy of the file on the lawsuit.
