Social Service injustice

Whilst my family are going through the injustice of the family court system of child care proceedings with all 3 children in different foster placements, is there any way of not going through the system of social services as a result of lack of help and intervention offered to the children that has led to a break down of foster placement, and jeopardy in school place.
