So, I tried to open a line on tmobile and i found out that i had two lines already on my Social Security Number. The lines been running for about 8 years now and I just turned 18 in 2009. Their policy requires each person that opens a line to show identification of a SSN card and a drivers licence. Someone has been using my SSN since 2002. What can be done? Can I sue?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything.
But, who do you plan to sue?
Before you go off half-cocked, speak with your relatives.
Cases of this type usually involve a relative illegally using a social security number.
More often than not, it is a parent of a minor child.

Do you recognize the alleged numbers?
Do any of your immediate family member's have accounts with T-Mobile?

You should speak with a member of management at a T-Mobile office.
Explain to them what has happened.
Prove your identity, and ask them to investigate this matter.

You'll be very surprised when the perpetrator is revealed!!!
