Is there any one out there that can tell me if your boss can face legal reprecussions if he slanders you, accuses you of theft with threats and intimidation (mind you, with NO evidence) and get away with it....someone please help me
File a formal complain with the human resources department, if there is one. If it is a small place, try to document the defamation in some fashion (it is a false statement made to a third person.) That would be a case in itself but you probably will also need to find new employment.
