Hi everyone. Ok my son is 6 yrs old and his bio father hasn't seen him since he was 3. He is currently 1500 in the hole in supoort. Kameryn doesn't even know his bio father and my husband is his Dad. And thats all he knows. My ex wants to sign over his rights so that my husband can adopt Kam. We really don't have a lot of money to do this for Kam. So I thought I could do it myself. We all just want to go to the court house and talk to a judge for him to approve. But I have no idea where to start or what we need. Can anyone please help me? Poor Kam wants his last name like him Mommy and Daddy.
