My husband and I are getting a divorce and I am accepting to sign over my parental rights of the children. How do I do this??

You don't. You can't. Alabama won't let you do such a thing. If you want husband to have sole physical/legal custody, you tell the attorney who is filing the papers.
However, you will still be responsible for paying CS. Even if you and husband agree at this time that there will be no child support, at some point that may change and husband can file for CS and you will be obligated to pay it.
