Signing Agreement After The Fact

Someone is asking me to signed an agreement for work I did back in September of 2015. It is now January 2016. Is there a clause that I can add into an agreement to state that the agreement is an after the fact contract or a clause that will protect me?

No way for anybody to answer that question without reading the entire agreement (and the earlier one) and knowing what it is you want to be protected from.
