Do I need to pay a sign on bonus if, 2 weeks after my date of hire, we were acquired by another foreign company? Since the acquisition; benefits have changed, salaries are frozen, morale is in the toilet. I've been here for 4 hellish months and have 8 to go according to the contract with the previous company.
