hello i had a friend and she owse me 800.00 and i have a letter saying she would pay me back but now she moved out of state i know where she lives can i take her to court??please help

it depends on the underlying contract you had. Probably you can, but since she moved out of state, you probably would have to sue her there. The letter acknowledging the debt surely is helping. Try to find out if the place where she lives has a small claims court and what the rules and procedures are there. You should easily be ablte to find this information on the web.
