I bought a car and paid cash every month and have receipts and they repossessed my car telling me I had a balance due but didn't know how much. The person that took my car was the guy who sold me my car, he also was the man who just took my June payment on 7/11/14 and never said I owed any past due balance at that time. I have never received any mail from them since I purchased the vehicle. I also have never received any calls from them. They took my car on 7/25/14 and I have been in to pay every two weeks since I bought this car!!!! Please give me advice I am so upset!!!!!!

Consult your contract. If you are low income, find a local legal aid quickly.

Also gather your receipts and be prepared to show you have made all your payments.
This could be a simple error on their end.
