Sexual Harrassment, Verbal Abuse, Mental/Emotional Distress

I was terminated yesterday from my employer of over 9 years. I have many issues against him. First being, sexual harassment, sending me lewd and offending emails (have some of these printed out), stories and him blatantly looking at pornography on his computer with the door open and monitor facing out towards the door. Last Friday, he verbally assaulted me and threatened my job. I sent him a leave of absence yesterday in which he responded okay but two hours later he said he was terminating my employment because I stole a cell phone from the company. I have gone to a psychiatrist a few years back due to having trouble sleeping and anxiety, so there is documentation of emotional distress from my employer. Last time I went to the psychiatrist was March of 2008. I have witnesses to most of the issues of verbal abuse because I am not the only one. He does this to most employees. He has even choked one of his dogs in front of us for jumping up on an employee. I can go on and on about what this guy has been getting away with. Do you think I have a case? What do I do? Thanks.
