After reporting a sexual assault to the police station in which the detective did nothing for two months..i wrote a letter to the DA office..and got a response but how do i go about this to make notice to the DA office that i would like this taken more seriously?

They may not be able to do more than they have. If there is a lack of evidence the DA is unlikely to proceed.
Hopefully you can get them to give you an explanation for the status of the case.

I faced the same thing and here I am 3 years later and absolutly nothing has been done! I know legaly you want them to pay but do what you do have control of thats you! Het help for yourself

It is likely not an issue of it being taken serious. It is likely an issue of it being provable in a court of law.
