settlement amount

I have been told that I have post concussion syndrome and that there is nothing that can be done. I have also lost 25% of the hearing in my left ear. I am constently dizzy and can never work again. I made 38,500 a year and they stopped my comp checks over 7 months. My wife has gone back to work only making 10.50 hour and was just diagnosed with a heart disease. we have 3 children 2 with disabilities. What kind of settlement should I be looking for.
