Criminal Records, Expungement Settled on a plea but need advice

Well, I was charged with simple possession of marijuana and was issued a ticket, not arrested. I settled on a plea deal that offered 16 hours community service in exchange for expungment. MY questions are:

1. Will it be off of my record after the 16 hours of community service?
2. Was me signing the plea deal a guilty plea?

My age is 17
