My husband & I reached the 1yr separation and the agreement states that after the year either party has the right to buy the other's equity or the house will be listed at fair market value. Also in the agreement there were to be certain repairs to the house arranged for and paid by him and marital debt to be divided (he has absolutely ignored these obligations). I offered him his equity minus these ignored items and he will only accept my offer if I agree to take 1/2 of the child support-or he wants to list the house immediately. We have 3 children living with me. He keeps going back and forth with different offers but they all include that child support cut (he doesn't want me to know how much money he makes). Am I in breech of contract by not listing the house? Also, is the separation entered into the divorce decree? Thanks.
