What does this mean:
Confinement terms: Jail: 39 days. Other: 90 days. Penitentiary determinate: 2 years. Penitentiary indeterminate: 3 years.

Confinement terms: Jail: 39 days. Other: 90 days. Penitentiary determinate: 2 years. Penitentiary indeterminate: 3 years.


It appears to mean that anyone receiving a prison sentence it MIGHT be minimum of 2 years, up to 3 years.

Jail looks like a 39 day term, and whatever OTHER is is 90 days.

I love to play GUESSING games.

May I have another, please?
