Hello,
I am obviously new to his forum, so hi!
But the reason I joined is because of a pressing issue right now. I am 17 years old and I am currently living with my dad in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I really do not get along with him, and he doesn't treat me very well, so I would like to move in with my mom who lives in New Jersey. Now she agrees to do this, but the only thing we are concerned about is the time issue. I will be 18 on August 22, 2010, and I just wanted to know the procedure to change custody and an estimated time frame. If it's something that takes months, I feel that it would be pretty stupid to do so since I'll be 18 in August anyway. Any information is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
