Security Officer

OK i am a security officer at a warehouse. two weeks ago i was sent home cause i talked to the local fire dept cause they showed up for a surprise inspection. So i called my boss and let him now what was going on. The fire dept wanted the maintence worker to be there while they did the inspection. well he refused to come and just gave us his number. so i walked with the fire dept and told them whats been going on around the place like fire hazards. well long story short the account manager sent me home for no reason and wouldnt say why. well the company called me today and told me that they were going to fire me because they said i left my post. I have no post orders. the property is under security jurisdiction. and the account manager told me to walk those areas outside weeks ago. so i would appreciate any help i can get.
