Sealment Criminal Records, Expungement

    Jurisdiction:
    Florida
    In 2005 I was given in Florida judication withheld for domestic violence.ive never been in any trouble before this or after this misunderstanding.CAN I GET A SEALMENT?I know I cant exspunge the record but want to know of SEALING it.CAN U PLEASE HELP ME?

    Nothing, I repeat, NOTHING is ever really expunged, or sealed.

    Yes, rumor has it that it can be done, don't you believe it, mate.

    Once they getcha got, they never, ever let you go.

    Any DV crime that holds especially true, because misdemeanor DV adjudications can't ever touch weapons, cops have been fired once that law took effect.

    The only way to restore you gun rights is having that charged REMOVED... if that is the route your wanting to take.

    I have my gun rights an my concealed carry permit from past August.I vote every year as well since the DV case was adjudicated without pred.

    As I said, deferred adjudications, deferred without prejudice, sealed records mean little, even outside of DV cases.

    You'll discover this when renewal time is upon you, mate.

    Only a full executive pardon can change that conviction, and in the case of gun rights, that means presidential pardon, insofar as ATF and the FBI are concerned.

    How would I get it removed?Is there a lawyer that can help me get it removed or even sealed?
