My son's father has recently filed for joint custody of our 3yr old son and he is currently dating a new girl who is very well known to be on drugs. I have no proof of this accusation other than some pictures that I printed off Facebook and Myspace that are from 2007 and other than that I have just been told these things by numberous people. I am scared for my son to be around this girl and want to know if there is ANYTHING I can do to keep that from happening. I am completely desperate to find a way to keep her away from our son! And also I have yet to be served any papers for this, all that has happened is his lawyer has called me and told me about him filing for custody so I was wondering how long do I have to get served and if I don't get served what happens from there?
