My daughter is 10yrs. old and calls crying, saying that she is scared of her mom and that she doesn't want to live there. My daughter says that her mom yells at her all the time, doesn't let her call me when she asks. Yes my daughter does talk back at times and has a attitude about things at times but she is 10. Because my daughter is "showing out" her mother is threatening to send her to a childrens home instead of letting me take her for awhile to see if I can help find the root of the problem. Her mother said that my daughter coming to my home was not an option. What can I do to help my daughter?
