I need some advice.

Received a ticket for going 96/70 along I-95 in South Carolina. The violation charge lists the code number as 56-5-1520 and at the bottom it says my bond is $440. ($500 is scratched out)

Question is that South Carolina State Law states that the maximum under that statute is:
SECTION 56-5-1520
(G) A person violating the speed limits established by this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction for a first offense, must be fined or imprisoned as follows:
(4) in excess of twenty-five miles an hour above the posted limit by a fine of not less than seventy-five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days.

The ticket states I should send a Cashiers Check or Money Order to Summerton, SC 29148.

My trial date is 7/12/07. What should I do? I live hundreds of miles away so attending court is not an option. There is no phone number to call on the ticket and the place is so small there is no traffic lawyer in the area that I could find doing an internet search.
