My employer was recently shot at our company. He is accusing a family member of mine in the shotting. He had fired my family member 3 weeks prior for a positive drug test. He told everyone in the company it was oxeycontint and it wasn't. Now rumors are going around that is causing me alot of stress at work. Co-workers are treating me like I have no right to be in the position I hold in the company. I walk into the office and co-workers stop talking. I am no longer being taken seriously when performing my duties to the company. The rumors about my family member were stated by my employer with no proof. They have gotton out of control. I am also being sabatoged. I am a programmer and a co-worker is also changing programs so parts will come out wrong. I am keeping a record of all changed programs and dates that is happening. I have informed my employer of this. If this keeps happening I will end up losing my job for poor job performance. Is there any thing I can legally do?
