I have been staying with this person since Jan 2017 and our agreement was 75 a week which totals up to 300.00 a month, I have been paying that faithfully, also in June 2017 we was evicted (keep in mind i was paying 75 a week) so we moved and once again it was still 75.00 a week , well the gas was turned off and she asked me what i was going to do about the bills... My response was that i thought the money i was giving you was towards the bills she did in return stated that she paid the bills with her money and then when i pay her she keeps the money for herself. So if she pays the bill with her money that gas, lights and etc should not be turned off. As a tenant/roommate what are my rights? No gas, no cable and no lights

I suggest you find somewhere new to live immediately. Living with this person has led you to an eviction and now to a home with no utilities... get away from that.
Pack up and disappear from her world.

Trying to compile a list of rights would serve no useful purpose. The remedy for what you've described is to move.

I'm so sad to learn the other person is using you.

I suggest you pack your belongings and find yourself a better place to live.

The other person is using, abusing, misusing, stealing from you.

Get out now.

Just leave quietly, when the thief isn't home.

Then don't contact the thief for so long as you shall live.
