i need some roommate legal info
-im in Orange Co, California
- roommate/lease holder says i have no rights BUT has issued a 30 day termanation notice.
-i am not on the (that i know) i never signed one
-been living in the house for 3 years
-under the new lease, 2 years
-states as a roommate i have no rights (as in the right to 60 day termiation notice for tenants over 1 year)
-has made vailed threats "well if you dont move out at the end of the month, WE'LL HAVE A PROBLEM"
-has accapted payment for fees for the room rental since issuing the 30day notice
-dening services (i.e. cable/internet) after accepting payment for said services
