My friend has been stay with my husband and me for a year now. When we told her she could stay for a bit we didn't expect this long. We didn't ask for rent or anything and there is no lease. She pays for some of her food and every now and then helps me clean. She uses our physical address for her probation and a few other things but her mail goes to her moms house. If I ask her to leave and give her 60 days do I still have to go through eviction process or can I just kick her out.

You can ask her to leave but if she will not you will have to go through the eviction process.

So this MOOCHER is on probation, huh?

This is going to be easy.

You could evict her, or call her probation officer and tell him or her what the creep is doing.

More than likely she's supposed to be staying at mom's house, because that's where her mail goes.

Her probation officer will see to it she's removed very quickly.

The probation officer will also want to know where she keeps her drugs, guns, child porn, stolen merchandise, or anything else she isn't supposed to have.

The cops might even be able to remover her, because when they run her name, it'll reveal she's on probation and where she's SUPPOSED to be living.
