Roofing mess

I had a new roof put on my house and shed recently. I have been contactng the company about the issues that are arising, and so far it's been almost 2 months since I first began callng. And still to no avail. Has anything been fixed. I took pictures and will continue, I have sent the company an email with 15 pictures showing the issues. Finally I got lucky and called a few wks ago and someone answered, so the "repair man" shows up and tried blaming me, well after being put in his place he agreed that it was there fault and that it would be fixed. I also kept the voicemail that I received from this company stating the same thing " their fault they will replace" and that somene would get back with me by the end of that week. Up until yesterday, I have not heard a thing from the company since the voicemail. I called and spoke with the manager again about things getting worse and needed to know when they would be out to fix the problems. I at this point am quite irritated at this company. Any advice would be great on how I should tackle this. I think they have had long enough time to fix their problem.

No one is required to comply with the request of another.
If you have admissions of responsibility, you might find a remedy in a court of law.
Depending upon the damages in question, small claims, or circuit court might be the proper venue.
Small claims limit in Michigan is only $5,000.

Your other option might be to file a complaint with the state agency that licenses home repair contractors.

In Michigan, that is LARA:

Your recordings, be careful. Michigan appears to be a two party consent state.

Thanks Army Judge. I will be contacting the agencies today. And getting court papers. Also will be having an inspector come check out the job.
