I hired on to new company 12/15/08. My insurance was to start in 90 days. The hr man who took care of that got fired & didn't turn in my paperwork. A week or so after my 90 days was up I had 2 heart attacks while on duty. My insur. didn't start until four days after my hospital stay started & $17,000 wasn't cover by my insur. for those days. Is my company liable since they dropped the ball.
