Roaches!

Here are some questions I have:
1) Is a landlord required by law to let a prospective tenant know of an infestation?
2) If what the landlord has attempted to do is not successful in clearing the infestation, What can I do?

Just FYI:
I have lived in this apartment since 09/30/2008. The apartment complex has sent out Orkin Pest Control twice already. I feel that it is a health/sanitation issue, due to the fact that I have a 18 month old son and a 4 month old daughter.

You can always ask your landlord to move you to an apartment that has not had a history regarding roaches. If he cannot treat the problem within a reasonable amount of time or the landlord is not acting as required by law, see what are the possible remedies stated in the landlord/tenant laws.

Thank you for your suggestion. Do you, or anyone else know where I can look up the landlord/tenant laws concerning infestation for the state of Colorado?
