My jurisdiction is: Missouri

Ok well here goes my girlfriend and I lived together in Missouri for about 7-8 years. I moved out there to be with her from Baltimore. In witch time we had 3 children together. As the father I was the one who stayed at home with the children and took care of them all there lives and she went to work. The day before she tells me that her sister wants the children to come over in the morning to spend the day with them. Letting me sleep she take them over there. Then comes back home with her father and a police officer waking me up and telling me I had to leave. My name not being lease because it was a new home we moved into and renting from her boss. My name was on the Occupant Permit. Having no place to go and no money from being the stay at home parent I had no choice but to accept a bus ticket to Baltimore to stay with family. So my question's really are does she have the right to force me out like that. Do I have the right to bring my children here and live with me and not in court will it be harder for me to gain custody of them having to live in a different state.

This may have been an illegal eviction. She just cannot boot you out. You likely have no way to bring the kids to see you, you should file for custody in the state where they are. Was paternity ever established on the 3 kids? You may have limited rights since you were never married. My advice, go back to MO, get a job, and work on getting your kids. There has to be something missing from the story here on why she kicked you out and the police officer helped her.
