I am one of two executors of a will. I have taken reserved powers but am now increasingly concerned about some of the decisions being made by my fellow executor. I realise I have the right to regain my executor powers by applying for double probate, but I am not clear what rights I have while reserved my power-reserved status stands. Am I entitled to question my fellow executor's decisions? Should I expect to be kept informed? Can I involve myself in discussions even though the other executor's decisions will prevail?
