KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Bond is set at $20,000 for a Killeen man accused of sending explicit photographs of an ex-girlfriend to the pastor of the woman's church who was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging publication of intimate visual material.

Ralph Rivera Majica, 64, was booked into the Bell County Jail Tuesday afternoon.

He was arrested following an investigation that started on April 1 after the woman reported that her ex-boyfriend shared two nude photographs with the pastor of her church in Reno, Nev.

The pastor confirmed that he received two photographs of the woman on Facebook on Feb. 24, one showing her standing nude in front of a mirror and the other showing her breasts, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

The message accompanying the photos included a picture of Majica, whom the pastor said he had met when Majica accompanied the woman to a church service, the affidavit said.

Majica told an investigator "that he received these photographs from the complainant while they were in an intimate relationship and that he had become upset with her after the relationship ended," the affidavit says.

He admitted sending the photos to the woman's pastor "with the intent to cause emotional harm," the affidavit says.

Bond has been set at $20,000.00.

What a scumbag that guy is! I hope they through the book at him!

With that said...

Why do people feel the need to send naked pic's to their bf/gf/random person on a "dating site"? I mean...How many flipping times does one have to see the inevitable outcome before ones says to ones self..."Not a good idea...this will end badly"?!

That is one of the questions I ask myself regularly, as well as why MOST arrestees for criminal offenses feel the need to "explain" their misdeeds in great, boring detail, which amounts to CONFESSING their crimes?

Years ago I was working for a company that sold skip tracing software ..I had customers all over the country in different LEO's...both federal and state. One thing they all agree upon is that criminals, with rare exception, are stupid. I take comfort in that knowledge. :)

Most revenge porn cases are from after someone has ended a relationship and that person then tries to get back at them. So the photos were sent to their partner at the time they thought they could trust. It even happens if a couple divorces after 20, 30 years.

So the real question is - why do people feel the need to hang on to something that isn't there anymore? Just walk away when a relationship is over. Don't try to get revenge. Just shake hands and let it go. If I had ever sent nudes to my ex husband while married to him, I shouldn't expect that he's going to share them. In my case, I didn't because my ex husband told his friends everything about our relationship. Every - thing. So I never sent him anything like that because I didn't need his skeevy little friends having pics of me.
