I Moved From Fort Wayne, Indiana Last June 18th Of 2005..my Orevious Landlord At This Address Has Yet To Return My Deposit Of $ 300.00.. The Landlord And Owner Filed Bankrupcy 3 Too 4 Months Before I Moved Out. Can I Take Them To Small Claims Court And Get My Deposit Back Or, Are They Protected By The Courts?
