I am 71 years of age. I was divorced in Arizona in 2000. I was awarded my share of my ex's retirement. When I tried to get my share, the company said I had to wait until he reached 52 years of age. I am 25 years older than my ex. Is there any way at all I can get my share as I am desperate and need the finances? I am in bad health and need the finances for my doctor's visits. Please help me.
