If:
* - The FBI busts down the door.
* - Effects a "vanilla" search and sezure warrent because of the tennant (roomate) who is never charged with a crime and nothing illegal was found... but items of both the home owner and roomate are seized.
* - The owner consults a Lawyer to file for the return of the items.
Question: Can the roomate be sued for those legal fees and the dammage created by the FBI.
