Can I purchase photo then frame them and resell the framed photos for a profit? I'd be doing any any all photos, but specifically I'm wondering about photos of athletes. I'd also do nature pictures and wondered about that as well. Thank you in advance

Photos belong to somebody and will have copyright protection.

Don't do this with any photos that you have not taken personally.
