My ex had requested a trial in order to argue not being held in contempt of court for violation of support order. :no:makes no sense to me or to the shocked look on the judge's face either.
At any rate, my question is two part: he has not been paying child support in the manner in which ordered; therefore, i requested a income deduction order and one was granted. however, I still don't receive child support as ordered weekly. Can I request that he be held in contempt of court although an income deduction order has been issued? Nexst, uncovered health expenses has not been paid since March 2008 and although I have been sending monthly request letters, my ex has only claimed one and has yet to pay that. However, he has lied and said he never received anything from me but yet he received the letter that I sent to him as ordered by the court. During our violation of support hearing for the uncovered expenses part, can i request confinement?
