i have a truck, and can not pay it anymore. i think i am going to take it to the bank and see what happens. what can the bank do to me in texas for taking back the truck w/out paying the 21,000 balance that is on the truck??

They will sell your truck for next to nothing and credit it to what you owe.

Ask them for WRITTEN permission for YOU to sell it; give them all that money, then pay the rest of what you borrowed.
