Renting house out during probate?

My brothers and I have been going through probate for the past several months since my mother passed away in Riverside County, California. We have the house on the market but have only received 2 offers on the house. They have been at least $70,000 below the worth of the house. Selling it that low would not cover what is still owed on the house and all of her debts. However, my brothers and I do not think we will be able to cover the mortgage payment until we get a good enough offer. My question is, can we rent out the house while it is still in probate to pay for the mortgage untill we can sell the house at what it is worth?
