Rented apartment on AirBnB- management has not found out but guarantor is livid. Grounds to be sued?

I rented my RS apartment on AirBnB a while back. My guarantor, who later found out and is extremely upset, has been asking for information such as names, payment amount -- all of which I have disclosed. The lease says we are all jointly and severally liable and prohibits AirBnB but management does not know of this instance and it's been quite some time since it happened. Could it be possible I get sued by my guarantor?

Sure.

If your guarantor ends up losing any money over your breach of contract, he can sue you for indemnification, and win.
